Alpine Small Business Solutions prefers the power and usability of ACT! and strongly suggest using it's innovative features for capturing your Database Management needs.
Alpine Small Business Solutions will work with you with the design and structure of the project. Additionally Alpine Small Business Solutions will handle the printing as well as the mailing if you wish to send a paper mailing. PDF is short for Portable Document Format. PDF’s allows online publications to appear exactly as they do in print, and uniformly from one browser to another. PDF provides its own equivalent "Find in Page" search function; print options include single page printing. PDF is a universal file format that preserves the fonts, formatting, colors, and graphics of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it.
Alpine Small Business Solutions can also assist in linking PDF document. There are many functions within Adobe that allow you to link text to locations with in the document. Linking within your PDF documents gives the document the look and feel of a web application. Linking can consists of only a few links, or it can contain thousands depending on your needs.

You want your message to be clear, well written and you don't want to spend more money than necessary. Alpine Small Business Solutions has the tools and ability to ensure your message is incorporated into each layout while remaining consistent with your objective. If you have old or hard copies of papers or documents that need to be re-typed and converted to digital format that is not a problem. Alpine Small Business Solutions can format the project in the same layout and form. Due to copyright laws we will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked documents, books, or papers unless prior written consent from the publisher or author is obtained.
Once your project is completed the finished document(s) can either be faxes, e-mailed, mailed on a CD-ROM or simply loaded onto your secure online digital filing cabinet.

Please note:
If your project needs to be printed in volume then the next step is to begin the pre-press preparation. This is where we need make sure the files are all assembled correctly so that the final printed product will be exactly what is expected. Proofs will be loaded into your online digital filing cabinet for your approval (signatures will be required). Once an approval is achieved the last step is printing.
Printing is generally subcontracted. Alpine Small Business Solutions would be happy to handle the outsourcing of the printing, or the client can handle this themselves. If you wish to have us subcontract the printing we will provide you with multiple bids from different printing companies. If you wish to handle this yourself please be aware that for best results we must know the printer's requirements. The printer should see proofs while there is still time to make changes to the layout. The type of images on a page, the paper type, the number of copies being run, the budget; all must be properly balanced to get the best value.
