Alpine Small Business Solutions supports all facets of the payment process including check printing, electronic payment and returned check processing. Alpine Small Business Solutions standard practice is to utilize a client funded bank account to support payment processing. We will require the checks and balances of approval for all out going payments to ensure that every payment is correct, accurate and authorized by the appropriate individual(s).
After processing, a copy of the invoice a scanned copy of the check will be loaded into your designated secure online digital filing cabinet for your records.

We work with you to determine what processing materials will be required – envelopes, paper, inserts, etc. Alpine Small Business Solutions has a selection of materials in house that you can select from, or you may prefer to use custom preprinted materials.
Not every one of your customers or clients has the same billing needs and may require special processing. Depending on the circumstance we can customize your billing needs to fit your company. ASBS offers Medicaid Billing for Colorado only at this time! This includes the weekly submission of all Medicaid claims electronically to the Medicaid system.
