Accountants Payable
Outsourcing your Accounts Payable doesn’t mean you lose control of your financing.  With the use of QuickBooks pro you can guarantee that vendors, suppliers, service companies will be paid on time and accurately.  Simply have the companies bills forwarded to the Alpine Small Business Solutions mailing address, or simply scan them into our secure and encrypted online digital filing cabinet for quick retrieval, or fax them to our secure fax machine.

Alpine Small Business Solutions supports all facets of the payment process including check printing,  electronic payment and returned check processing.  Alpine Small Business Solutions standard practice is to utilize a client funded bank account to support payment processing.  We will require the checks and balances of approval for all out going payments to ensure that every payment is correct, accurate and authorized by the appropriate individual(s).

After processing, a copy of the invoice a scanned copy of the check will be loaded into your designated secure online digital filing cabinet for your records.

Accounts Receivable
From the point of invoice data being available Alpine Small Business Solutions can track the progress from the time of invoice creation to date of payment.  Since Alpine Small Business Solutions has invoicing capabilities through our Invoicing service we can track the payment even more accurately.   Alpine Small Business Solutions knows that your company’s receivables are the critical source of your company’s working capital and key to the overall profitability of your company.  Alpine Small Business Solutions will proactively manage your Accounts Receivable, which will enhance your customer relationships and improve your company’s profitability.

In addition to providing you with the vital components of the Accounts Receivable functions, we are also able to maintain accurate customer file information by updating your customer database.  Maintaining your database will ensure that all customer data is current and accurate.  Accurate and up to date client and customer information such as correct billing addresses, tax information, telephone numbers, and other vital information aids in maintaining the highest quality of service and quick turn around.

Invoicing/Billing
Utilizing the power of QuickBooks, Alpine Small Business Solutions can save you time and energy with invoicing your clients and customers.  Alpine Small Business Solutions knows that quick turn around on outstanding Accountants Receivable is key to increasing your cash flow.   We encourage you to use your own layout for your invoices and bills, but we can assist in creating your layout and can provide a few different design templates for you to choose from.

We work with you to determine what processing materials will be required – envelopes, paper, inserts, etc. Alpine Small Business Solutions has a selection of materials in house that you can select from, or you may prefer to use custom preprinted materials.

Not every one of your customers or clients has the same billing needs and may require special processing.  Depending on the circumstance we can customize your billing needs to fit your company.   We can accept your billing data in virtually any format and through virtually any communications channel (email, fax, secure online digital filing cabinet and regular mail services). We will work closely with you to determine what is best for your organization.  We will also work closely to determine which is the best method to send your invoices and statements, such as  sending them via regular mail, e-mails or  fax.

Medicaid Billing
ASBS offers Medicaid Billing for Colorado only at this time!  This includes the weekly submission of all Medicaid claims electronically to the Medicaid system.
