Meet Jessica Granish, the Visionary behind it all...

Jessica Granish resides on the outskirts of the quaint town of Golden, Colorado, an active and fun community at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.  Jessica founded Alpine Small Business Solutions in 2003 and became her sole professional gig by 2007 after bad struck and was laid off from her dream job. Equipped with a business degree from an accredited local college, countless professional certifications and 18+ years of working with small businesses in a magnitude of different capacities, skill levels and industries, Jessica decided to take her skillful craft of supporting  heart-centered soloprenuers  in the health and wellness and inspiration fields and offer her diverse and rich background on a grander scale.  Jessica through trial and error, triumph and bust built her business from the ground up.  Jessica offers a myriad of online visibility services and also runs  successful coaching,mentoring and training for aspiring and seasoned Virtual Assistants.

How do I decide I may need a Virtual Assistant coach or mentor?

The best time to make the decision is before you are overwhelmed with everyday details of building your Virtual assistant practice. What is the difference between a coach and a mentor?

Coaching and mentoring use the same skills and approach but coaching is short term task-based and mentoring is a longer term relationship.

Mentoring is an ongoing relationship that can last for a long period of time.  It can be more informal and have a broader view. Mentors in general are more seasoned in their industry and can pass on knowledge, experience and guide you in the best direction possible.

Coaching is a relationship that has a set duration. It is more structured in nature and in on a scheduled basis.  In most cases it is short-term and time bound.  It is to help with specific development in areas that need the most focus.

Is the 30 minute consultation totally obligation free or is there a catch?
